Shipping policy
At The Lawless Design Shoppe, we strive to ensure that your vintage treasures reach you safely and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy below for details on shipping methods, timelines, and other important information.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or pandemics).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your item(s). We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Local Pickup (if available): 2-4 business days
For oversized or fragile items (such as furniture), additional shipping fees may apply. We will notify you during checkout if special shipping arrangements are necessary.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and to estimate its delivery date.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to ship our items:
- USPS
- UPS
- Plycon
- Local freight deliveries
5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If you accidentally enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately at [Insert Contact Info]. We will do our best to correct the issue, but once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
The Lawless Design Shoppe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Delayed Shipping:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Once your item has shipped, the delivery timeline is out of our control. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery issues if they arise.
7. Shipping of Vintage and Fragile Items
Many of the items we sell are vintage and may be fragile. We take great care to package each item securely to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Fees for Returns

9. Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for customers located near 15 Depot St, Unit B, Duxbury, MA 02332. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. Please note that items not picked up within 14 days of the agreed pickup date will be restocked and your order may be canceled.
